SHIPPING POLICY

Loire shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any Product booked on the Website is shipped within seven (7) working days from the date of booking of the order on the Website, subject to the successful realization of payment made against the said order and the availability of the Product(s). However, the User understands and confirms that Loire shall not be held responsible for any delay in the shipment of the Product due to circumstances beyond the control of Loire, provided that Loire takes all required and necessary steps to ensure shipment of the Product within the above-mentioned timelines.

Loire reserves the right to levy shipping charges as decided by Loire for the delivery of Products to the User.

In case the User books an order for multiple Products in one transaction, Loire will endeavor to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to Product characteristics and/or logistical issues. If the User purchases multiple Products in a single transaction, then all the Products will be shipped to a single shipping address provided by the User. If the User wishes to ship Products to different addresses, then the User should book separate orders based on delivery addresses.

How would I know that my shipping address is serviced?

The information about any pin code being serviced within India can be checked after a Product is selected for “Add to cart.”

Your shipping address pin code will be verified with our database before you proceed to pay for your purchase. In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we would request you to provide an alternate shipping address, which we expect to have on our partner delivery list.

How will the delivery be done?

Product delivery will be done through reputed courier service providers like Blue Dart, etc.

Does www.loireelectronic.com deliver internationally?

Currently, www.loireelectronic.com doesn’t deliver items internationally. However, you are invited to make purchases on the Website from anywhere in the world, provided that the shipping address is within India.
